What does your career path journey at Samet look like?
I have been with Samet for 18 years now. I started when I was 22 years old as a carpenter. I was able to work hands-on with the trade partners and establish relationships by working closely with them. As the years progressed, so did my level of responsibility. I was guided by knowledgeable Superintendents and through their guidance I was able to advance in my career and eventually become a Superintendent myself.
What is your favorite Samet Core Value?

Internships
Our summer internships give students real life experience in the construction industry. Our interns work alongside some of the best in the business to gain hands on experience. Students who join us for our 13 week internship program, learn the Project/Field Engineer roles. Students are paired with a mentor and will have exposure to field operations, project management duties and an introductions to preconstruction.
