As a prominent figure in the bespoke lighting industry, The Urban Electric Company sought an office space that reflected its commitment to quality and craftsmanship. Situated within the Charleston Naval Shipyard, Samet undertook the task of renovating the 40,000-square-foot interior of the historic Naval Storehouse 10, providing The Urban Electric Company with ample space for their operations.

The updated building now features 12,000 square feet of office space on the ground floor, complemented by an additional 3,000 square feet of mezzanine office space. In addition to these offices, the facility includes a quaint cafe, a conference room, a showroom, and a generous 25,000 square feet dedicated to manufacturing operations.
