Get ready to cheer on the High Point Rockers in style at their beautifully built home field! This first-of-its-kind attraction hosts year-round sports games, concerts, and public events – and is a hub of activity for locals and tourists alike.

The experts at Samet and O’Dell Architects were tapped as the chosen design/build team for this exciting project. Together we created a stunning 294,950 square foot stadium that sits on seven acres of prime downtown real estate. With room for 5,000 fans during baseball games and 7,500 during concerts and other events, the venue is a great atmosphere for all.

The stadium’s features include two luxurious owners suites, four food stands for snacks, a clubhouse for the players, and a full-service restaurant kitchen. A new 360-degree concourse encircles the playing field, giving fans plenty of space to move around and explore. The stadium is even themed with local cultural nods, so you’ll really feel like you’re part of the community.

Samet has done an incredible job. At a time when other projects have gone up considerably in cost, we applaud the team at Samet for finding ways not just to build a quality product within budget, but to deliver a better product through value engineering.
