Wake County Public School System embarked on a significant renovation project. The initiative involved a comprehensive overhaul of a 30,000 square foot single-story building, along with substantial site renovations.

Samet started with an interior demolition and renovation that included the installation of new partitions, finishes, casework, and modern MEPF (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire) systems.

The exterior of the building also received a facelift. New canopies were added at storefront entrances, repairs were made to existing storefront glazing and brickwork, and the roofing and sealants were replaced. The site work involved a reconfiguration of the existing parking lot, updates to site utilities, asphalt replacement, and the addition of a basketball court and landscaping.

This exceptional facility will allow WCPSS to prepare students to succeed in both college and their careers.
