Spyder Auto is a renowned name in the United States for aftermarket lighting, tuning, and styling auto parts. Their new 200,000 SF port-related East Coast auto parts distribution center, designed and built by Samet, stands tall in Columbia, SC. The facility’s unique construction to a 36′ clear height maximizes efficient product flow, ensuring seamless operations. Spanning over 15 acres, the site work includes full-depth truck courts, trailer storage, and sophisticated storm water management controls. Emphasizing durability and strength, the building employs a load bearing, tilt-up construction method that supports a conventional steel frame topped with a white membrane TPO roof.
