Nestled in the charming quarters of South Charlotte, Southminster offers a full continuum of care for its Queen City residents.

The project, located on an existing occupied campus, required selective site demolition and utility relocations before building. Samet worked with the owner to construct 30 independent living units across two buildings linked by a structural steel connector.

Unlike most projects, Samet built each unit for the individuals occupying the space once completed. Therefore, almost every unit was custom-made, requiring careful coordination of different finish selections.

Each unit includes an open, transitional floor plan with either an outdoor terrace or balcony. Other potential finishing features include hardwood flooring, dynamic high ceilings, fully equipped kitchens with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops and tile baths, fireplace options and so much more.

With beautiful, well-designed apartments and an impressive list of amenities, it’s no wonder residents call Southminster home.
