This expansive project, covering an impressive 94 acres and incorporating 2,763 tons of structural steel, is the result of an international collaboration with Samet. It’s nestled in a strategic location within a Samet Properties business park, near the Piedmont Triad International Airport and two bustling freeways. The project entails a colossal 1,000,000 SF warehousing and distribution facility, complete with a 40,000 SF office space, as well as training and lounge areas, catering to all operational needs. To meet the safety requirements of such a large facility, a 250,000-gallon tank has been included in the design to support the building’s sprinkler system.
