ISP Sports, recognized as the largest and rapidly expanding holder of media rights for college sports in America, has modeled its new offices after the Milan High School featured in the film Hoosiers, reflecting their fervor for sports.

The lobby is equipped with a half-court basketball court, retractable seating, display cases, and a mezzanine that includes stadium seating.

This project was a refurbishment undertaken within a multi-story building in downtown Winston-Salem, which was previously completed by Samet. The location posed certain challenges due to limited space for construction. Throughout the project, careful consideration had to be given to the surrounding pedestrian traffic and adjacent vehicular traffic.
