- Forsyth County’s replacement courthouse began as a concept with a space-needs study in 2005. Having outgrown the older facility built in 1975, the need for a new courthouse was evident. In 2018, Samet and joint-venture partner Balfour Beatty were awarded the contract of this long-awaited facility that will provide the county with a new 250,679 SF courthouse in downtown Winston-Salem.
- Included in this project are multiple levels of interior upfits on each floor within the courts, lobbies, offices, and chambers.
