With Charleston’s office market in high demand, particularly within the burgeoning technology sector, the city has responded by creating a state-of-the-art facility to cater to this need.

This new building, a six-story, Class A technology center, boasts a restaurant, a covered rooftop terrace, and a dedicated parking garage – amenities that are highly sought-after by prospective tenants prioritizing location and convenience. Situated in the rapidly developing upper peninsula region, the facility aims to draw local, national, and international tenants to an area where office space and parking are scarce.
