Samet has successfully executed a series of interior transformations within the Charleston Tech Center. These included speculative suites and offices specifically designed for Conrex, Workivia, and Insight Global.

The revamped office spaces showcase the following features:

• The fifth floor boasts open floor plans with exposed ceilings, enhancing the sense of space.
• The sixth floor is home to offices fitted with sloped ACT ceiling systems for a unique aesthetic appeal.
• The decor is elevated with the use of decorative wallpaper applications and the inclusion of glass-walled conference rooms.
