Camden Southline was a 266-apartment project for Camden Properties, located on the Light Rail line in the vibrant South End neighborhood of Uptown Charlotte. It features a 103,600 square feet parking deck with 394 spaces, and a range of amenities including a clubhouse, saltwater pool, 24-hour fitness center, yoga room, and pet spa.
Each apartment boasts a chef-inspired kitchen with modern cabinets, Energy Star® stainless steel appliances, and quartz countertops. They also feature cutting-edge sound reduction technology, ample storage, wide walnut plank flooring, plush carpet in bedrooms, walk-in closets with adjustable wood shelving and shoe racks, and an in-unit washer and dryer.
