  • Bishop Gadsden is a life-care community on James Island. It is nationally recognized for its architectural design, high quality programs, and services offered to residents. Samet worked with RLPS Architects and Dolphin Architects & Builders to construct eight independent living cottages. The cottages are designed with an open floor plan, vaulted ceilings, gourmet kitchens, first-floor master suites, wraparound porches, screened porches and two and a half car garages for residents in the community.

 

 

  • In addition to these independent living cottages, our project team constructed a neighboring racquetball field and clubhouse.
