The Greensboro Coliseum Pavilion underwent a significant renovation and expansion, transforming it into a cutting-edge facility that now serves as the home base for the Greensboro Swarm, an NBA Development League franchise team associated with the Charlotte Hornets.

The newly renovated fieldhouse boasts a 30,000 square foot column-free area complemented by an additional 8,500 square feet of space that accommodates locker rooms, dressing rooms, a box office, a concession area, a training/medical room, a weight room, office and media spaces, and seating for 2,100 spectators.

The renovation project involved a range of construction materials and techniques including structural steel, concrete, Concrete Masonry Units (CMU), Exterior Insulation and Finish Systems (EIFS), glass storefronts, and standing seam metal roofing.

I have worked with many contractors over the past 36+ years as both a N.C. Electrical Contractor and as a Project Manager for the coliseum, and Samet is among one of the best.
