  • Renovation/addition to existing Greensboro Coliseum Pavilion to create a state-of-the-art structure that is now home to the Greensboro Swarm, a Charlotte Hornets’ NBA Development League franchise team.

  • The fieldhouse features a 30,000 SF column-free space along with 8,500 SF of supported area for locker rooms, dressing rooms, a box office, concession area, training/medical room, weight room, office and media space and seats 2,100 people.

  • The project entailed structural steel, concrete, CMU, EIFS, glass storefront and standing seam metal roof.

I have worked with many contractors over the past 36+ years as both a N.C. Electrical Contractor and as a Project Manager for the coliseum, and Samet is among one of the best.
