Samet’s Charleston office has been selected to complete the office upfit for CBRE at The Morris! This is now the fifth upfit Samet has been awarded at the Morris.
The project includes 5,400 SF Class A office space with high-end finishing details, including:
- Moss Wall at Banquet
- Custom Column Wrap
- Terracotta Masonry Screen Wall
- Mini Library with Custom Upholstered Seating
Construction is slated to begin May 15.
