Samet has secured the work to construct the new Coral Bay Club in Atlantic Beach, NC.
This demo and rebuild project of the c. 1958 Coral Bay Club will begin in the fall of 2023, and result in a brand new 45,000 SF venue for private parties, weddings, receptions and more.
Sitting right on Atlantic Beach, this club will offer a bright and modern look for members and guests complete with a wrap-around covered porch and 2nd story deck.
The venue’s interior will feature flexible, multi-use spaces and daylight streaming into the facility where guests can enjoy an ocean room, ballroom, ballroom terrace, bridal suite, four bars, seating lounges, and a level and a half of dining and events space.
