Samet has once again been selected to execute the newest expansion phase of the Bishop Gadsden Episcopal Retirement Community, the company announced in late-January.

According to Project Executive Todd Altman, “The Meade” project will total 51,000 square feet divided across three identical buildings. Each building will feature 5 “Hybrid” independent living residences.

The new $24 million project is slated to start in April and wrap up in mid-2024.
