Marshall works across the organization to develop and promote safety as a foundational element to the company culture and oversee the development and delivery of communications, training, and programs that communicate culture, values, and guidance for all Associates in performing safe work.

Marshall earned his B.S. in Civil Engineering at the University of Alabama. He is a registered Professional Engineer in North Carolina and Georgia, and a licensed General Contractor in North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Georgia and Tennessee. He is also a licensed Real Estate Broker in North Carolina.

Marshall currently serves as a Committee Chair at Beth David Synagogue; as a Board Chairman at the Greensboro Children's Museum.
