Prequalified subcontractors and suppliers must complete the following steps for annual renewal of eligibility:
Prior to awarding any subcontract, Samet must receive your insurance certificate in accordance with our insurance requirements.

There are set insurance requirements for all subcontractors prequalified to work on Samet projects.
These are minimum requirements, and in some cases, supplemental project-specific or client-required coverage may be necessary. Subcontractors must provide an approved Certificate of Insurance verifying these coverages within five (5) working days of subcontract award and prior to commencement of work.
