  • This impressive facility is the heart of Sheetz Bros. kitchen bakery in central North Carolina. It serves as a regional distribution center and main terminal for Sheetz’ fuel carrier.  Spanning a whopping 200,000 square feet, this center is equipped with ambient controlled cold storage technology at 360°F, covering every inch of the building except for the office and breakroom spaces. Plus, there’s a 10,000 square foot frozen storage area set at -150°F.

 

  • The facility boasts thirty offices and 20 open workstations, providing ample space for staff to work and thrive. Constructed with materials of the highest quality, the independent steel frame is complemented with precast walls and insulated metal panel walls, as well as PVC roofing. The flooring is an 8″ reinforced concrete slab over 6″ of insulation board, topped off with a 4″ electrically heated mud slab. Safety is paramount, as evidenced by the facility’s full sprinkler system.

 

  • And the perks don’t end there. For the Sheetz fleet, there is even a maintenance building complete with a service pit, truck wash, and fueling island. This facility truly has everything Sheetz needs to keep their operations running smoothly.
