Samet completed its first industrial project in 1961, and today is one of
North Carolina's largest industrial general contractors. Our expertise includes
manufacturing facilities, distribution centers, and warehouses for clients
across a range of industries. Many of our longest-standing partnerships are
with clients in the industrial segment. For some clients, we have completed
five or more major projects over several years in support of their growth and
geographic expansion.
Today, Samet has a dedicated Technology team with specialized expertise constructing buildings for clients
with complex technical requirements, including:

- Biotechnology labs
- Pharmaceuticals
- Medical equipment
- Food and beverage
Samet's team has advanced capabilities in areas that are essential for successful
high technology projects: health and safety procedures, FDA regulatory requirements,
clean room protocols, data communications infrastructure planning, along with extremely
high attention to detail.
In addition to its core general contractor services, Samet has developed several
North Carolina industrial parks with over 2 million sq. ft. of new construction to
