Apply for Prequalification
Prospective subcontractors and suppliers must complete the following steps to be
qualified to work on a Samet construction project:
- To begin, you must download and install the Formatta Filler program by clicking
here.
The Product Download link is on the right side of the page. This is a free download and must be installed
on each computer that you use to fill out one of these forms.
- Complete the online prequalification application by clicking
here.
- If you are submitting a prequalification form for one of our Education Group
projects, you are required to complete additional project specific forms found at:
http://www.sametcorp.com/subcontractors/forms.aspx.
- If your application for prequalification is approved, we will immediately review
your capabilities against current projects in our database. We will also hold your
application on file and review it when new projects arise. You will be notified
when we have project opportunities that fit your capabilities.
- Prior to awarding your first subcontractor job, Samet must receive a copy of your
insurance certificate in accordance with our insurance requirements.

Insurance Requirements
There are set insurance requirements for all subcontractors pre-qualified to work on Samet
projects. These are minimum requirements, and in some cases, supplemental project-specific or
client-required coverage may be necessary. Subcontractors must provide an approved Certificate
of Insurance verifying these coverages within five (5) working days of subcontract award and
prior to commencement of work.
