Guilford Technical Community College - NW Campus	Oak Ridge	Please note that Samet Corporation / SRS, Inc. a Joint Venture is currently in the process of prequalifying subcontractors/vendors for all trades for this project. The GTCC Northwest Campus consists of constructing a multi-building campus including Site Development, Business + Industry & Supply Chain Services Institute, Transportation and Welding Building, Central Energy Plant and Tiered Parking Structure. This campus has a goal of achieving LEED Platinum certification.
