Position Description
The Samet Medical team provides professional contracting services for hospital, MOB, retirement and long-term care as well as other clients in medical related fields. As the Group Manager, Medical, you will be responsible for:
· all aspects of sales and project development results
· all operations for the group including project management and field operations, staffing and resource allocation
· quality and safety performance
· the financial performance of the group, including group profit and loss
Requirements
Qualifications for this position include:
· solid experience that demonstrates the candidate will be successful managing the sales, project development and construction processes for complex medical projects
· a 4 year degree in engineering, construction management, business administration or comparable relevant experience
· LEED AP is preferred

Safety Technician for Asheville, NC Job Site

As a Safety Technician for Samet Corporation, you will:
- be dedicated to job site(s) to ensure the safety and health of all workers, clients and the public;
- administer the project Site Safety and Incident Prevention Program;
- ensure regulatory compliance of federal and state OSHA statutes;
- be responsible for both the timeliness and the total quality of assigned projects.
Project duration – 10-12 months
Independent Contractor will provide their own transportation, computer and cell phone and be responsible for any expenses incurred in performing the necessary functions that the position requires.
Independent Contractor will provide his/her own automobile and worker’s compensation insurance.
Requirements
To qualify for this position, you must:
- have a minimum of 5 years experience in safety/health and commercial multi-family construction
- have 3 years experience as a site specific safety consultant
- ability to work independently
- live within 100 miles from specific job site(s)
- OSHA 30 hour trained
- Associates degree or higher preferred
